Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Compliance Policies and procedures that fully comply with regulations and CySEC’s requirements.
• Analyze and implement changes/amendments in laws and/or regulations to advice for compliance reporting
• Provide daily Compliance support to other departments
• Prepare and maintain the accuracy of compliance records, tests and training materials
• Review marketing, advertising material and publications advising on amendments needed.
• Knowledgeable in Assessing Calls and interactions with clients.
• Prepare and provide support for the implementation of the Annual Compliance Program according to CySEC Compliance Guidelines
Requirements:
• University degree in Law or related fields
• 2 years minimum Compliance experience within a Cyprus regulated Investment Firm
• Good knowledge of CySEC regulations for Investment Firms
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Holder of CySEC Advance Certificate (must)
• Holder of AML Certificate (optional)
